Standard hours: Mon–Sat, 7 AM – 6 PM. For urgent after-hours emergencies, call and leave a message — we return emergency calls as quickly as possible and can sometimes accommodate same-evening dispatch.
Hydraulic hose burst
Fluid spraying, machine losing power, safety hazard on the jobsite. Shut down and call immediately.
Complete hydraulic failure
No bucket, no boom, no function. Could be pump failure, valve seizure, or catastrophic line loss.
Diesel no-start
Engine won’t turn over. Jobsite is stopped. Could be fuel, electrical, or compression.
Derate / limp mode
Machine barely moving. Fault lights on. Usually DEF/SCR/DPF related.
Overheating / coolant loss
Temperature alarm, steam, fluid on the ground. Stop operation immediately to prevent engine damage.
Cylinder blowout
Rod seal failed, cylinder fully extended or collapsed. Boom, stick, or bucket won’t move.
Electrical failure / no crank
No power, no dash lights, dead machine. Batteries, starter, or wiring fault.
